Terms of Service | STEM Racing Cambodia

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for STEM Racing programs or using our website (stemracingkh.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Program Registration & Enrollment

Age Requirements:

Students must be within the specified age range for their chosen program class (Primary: 9-11, Entry: 11-14, Development: 14-16, Professional: 16-19).

Parental Consent:

For students under 18, parents or guardians must provide written consent for program participation and data handling.

Accuracy of Information:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payment Terms

Pricing:

Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Current pricing at time of registration applies.

Payment Methods:

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations 30+ days before program start: Full refund
Cancellations 15-29 days before start: 75% refund
Cancellations less than 15 days before start: 50% refund
No refunds for cancellations after program start

4. Program Conduct & Safety

Students agree to:

Follow all instructor directions and safety protocols
Respect equipment, facilities, and fellow participants
Attend scheduled sessions on time
Comply with school/venue rules and regulations
Treat competition and learning with integrity

5. Intellectual Property

STEM Racing content, including lesson materials, software access guides, and competition guidelines, are intellectual property owned by STEM Racing or our partners. You may use them for personal educational purposes only.

Student project work (designs, portfolios, presentations) remains the property of the student and school. STEM Racing may use student work for promotional purposes with written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

STEM Racing is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Injuries or damages during program participation
Loss of data or technical issues
Third-party service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages

However, nothing in this agreement excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Participant Safety & Assumption of Risk

Parents/guardians acknowledge that program participation involves physical activity and equipment use. By enrolling, you assume all associated risks and agree not to hold STEM Racing liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

8. Cancellation by STEM Racing

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to:

Insufficient enrollment
Unexpected facility closures
Instructor unavailability
Force majeure events

In such cases, full refunds or program transfers will be offered.

9. Modification of Terms

STEM Racing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes. Major changes will be communicated via email.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Cambodia. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
